For many of our customers, we provide our expertise as owner’s representatives on large construction projects. We manage General Contractors on behalf of our clients, assuring comprehensive safety, scope, budget, schedule, and quality management for the duration of the project.
Services Include
- Regular onsite visits to review project progress, costs and schedule status
- Interaction with the General Contractor to identify and review any project issues
- Periodic oversight reviews of project financial reports and models to identify any unusual, inconsistent or concerning items when compared to forecasts
- Status report to the owner to provide regular construction status updates
- Construction performance analysis
- Cost and budget analysis

In our project oversite services it is our responsibility to facilitate open communications among all parties, to help to avoid adversarial interactions and to promote a sense of trust and teamwork in order to accomplish the smooth execution of the project.
